The United Jewish Appeal of Greater New York will officially launch tomorrow its 1971 campaign to raise $150 million at a Pace Setters dinner, it was reported today. The unprecedented $150 million quota which New York UJA has undertaken to raise is part of a national total of $400 million being sought by UJA to support a vastly broadened program in Israel and other areas of the world. Guest of honor will be Baron Elie de Rothschild of Paris, president of the United Jewish Appeal of France, who is flying to New York especially to take part in the dinner. One of the main functions of the event is to set the campaign pace for the New York Jewish community.
