An appeal by Aleksandr Feldman of Kiev to have his 3 1/2 year sentence in a forced labor camp revoked was turned down today by the Kiev City Court. According to the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry, the 26-year-old activist’s sentence on charges of “malicious hooliganism” was upheld by the court Feldman’s trial took place Nov. 23.
