The Hamburg public prosecutor Tuesday raised charges of the murder of Jews and Poles in the Warsaw ghetto against former SS officers Hans Baecker, 61 and Helmuth prf, 58. The two men, who are appearing in court in the same trial as former SS commander in Warsaw Ludwig Hahn. 66, are accused of selecting Jews and Poles for deportation to concentration camps, and for murdering their prisoners in Warsaw.
