The Security Council is expected to resume debate tomorrow or Thursday on the report of the 20-member “Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People,” it was learned today. Israel has been boycotting the debate which began last week on grounds that the committee’s recommendations are “a formula for the destruction of Israel.” Sixteen of the nations on the committee have no formal diplomatic relations with Israel.
