The sixth convention of District 23 of B’nai B’rith, meeting here, presented a special human rights award to Mrs. Margarita Lopez portillo, well-known Mexican writer, poet and sister of President Jose Lopez Portillo. She is also director of the official department for radio, television and film. Delegates were from Mexico. South and Central America, and the Caribbean.
