According to a report by the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration office here, the number of Jews emigrating from the Soviet Union has significantly increased during the first six months of 1978. Some 11,500 Jews have arrived in Vienna this year, an increase of 60 percent compared with the some period in 1977.
