The director general of the Defense Ministry will supervise the implementation of these instructions at all ministry establishments.

Energy-saving measures will also be instituted by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure Daylight saving time will be introduced in April. The ministry is expected to issue orders banning the use of private motor vehicles one day a week. The most drastic measure planned is a steep hike in the already high price of gasoline which is expected to give motorists pause before taking unnecessary trips.
