An annual award of two grants for Jewish and Arab educators has been established by the Jewish-Arab Council for Peace Education. The Jewish-Arab Council for Peace Education, which comprises 1,500 Jewish and Arab educators, trains teachers and youth movement leaders. The award was announced last month at the annual meeting of the Trustees of the International Center for Peace in the Middle East. Chairman of the Board of Trustees is former Justice Minister Haim Zadok.
