The authorities have completely ruled out sabotage or terrorist activity as the cause of an explosion Monday that destroyed a restaurant and old-age home in Herzliya Pituach, injuring 23 people. They said Tuesday that the blast was due to a leakage of cooking gas from cylinders stored in the basement of the restaurant.
