The Palestinian Authority will not discuss any maps that allow for Israeli security zones in the West Bank, said Palestinian negotiator Nabil Sha’ath. He made his comments as the region prepared for a visit by U.S. Middle East envoy Dennis Ross later this week. Meanwhile, a meeting between President Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is now slated for Jan. 20, and a meeting between Clinton and Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat is expected to take place Jan. 22.
