Blue, a frequent contributor to “Today,” Britain’s most popular morning news radio program, ranked fifth on the list of people whose religious views have an impact on the country. Prime Minister Tony Blair, his wife Cherie, Prince Charles and Chancellor Gordon Brown took the top four places.
