Israeli troops and tanks withdrew from a West Bank city after a three-day raid. Palestinian witnesses said Israeli forces left Nablus on Tuesday morning after searching for terrorists and arms caches. Military officials did not immediately confirm the withdrawal, but said six wanted Palestinians were arrested during the operation. One Palestinian was killed during the raid; Palestinians said he was a civilian but military sources said troops fired at a gunman. Several bomb also factories were raided.
