Premier Menachem Begin was at the bedside of his wife Aliza, tonight after she was hospitalized for respiratory and circulatory difficulties. Hospital authorities described her condition as serious but stable. Begin went to the hospital immediately after a meeting with U.S. special envoy Morris Draper on the withdrawal of foreign forces from Lebanon.
