An Israeli university is offering financial aid to students called up for reserve duty in combat units. Students called up for three weeks or longer would be eligible for grants of up to $350 from Hebrew University to help cover costs of tutors, photo-copying notes and other expenses incurred while trying to catch up on studies missed during reserve duty, the university said.
