Former Egyptian Premier Aly Maher has been delegated by the council of the Arab League to carry to the West German Government the League’s protest against the German-Israel reparations arrangement, The Times of London reported today. The Times described this decision as underlining the “implacable nature of Arab resentment” against Israel.
It declared that the council’s acceptance of recommendations that efforts should be made to settle Palestine Arab refugees in Arab countries willing to accept them meant “no lessening in Arab hostility towards Israel.”
