The Arab Congress meeting in Jaffa has resolved to protest against the Palestine policy of the British government as indicated in a version of the treaty with King Hussein of the Hedjas, as announced by Sir Herbert Samuel. They also are up in arms against the Ruttenberg electrification conception.
The Congress demands likewise that the government should not confirm the sale of twenty-two villages in the Jordan valley near Beisan, for which Jewish purchasers are said to be negotiating.
