Olof Aschberg, Swedish banker and philanthropist has come to the United States to confer with leaders of the American ORT Federation, it was announced today. Conferences will begin at once on expansion of fund raising activities and other financial aspects of the ORT program which includes industrial training courses, agricultural centers, workshops and factories in eight European countries.
