James H. Becker of Chicago and David A. Brown of New York have resigned from the board of directors of the Palestine Economic Corporation it was announced today by Bernard Flexner, chairman. Moses A. Leavitt, secretary, was elected to the board and will hold the additional position of vice-president. The board approved a proposal to erect low-cost model factory premises on corporation land at Haifa Bay for sale or lease to small manufacturers unable to invest in land and building.
