Faik Konitza, Albanian minister to the United States, will present the Grand Cordon of Skanderberg to Herman Bernstein, former United States Minister to Albania, at a private luncheon at the Ritz Carlton Hotel this afternoon. M. Konitza came from Washington especially for this occasion. The cordon is the highest Albanian decoration, and was sent to the former American envoy by King Zog of Albania.
