Colin Jordan, leader of the anti-Semitic British National Socialist movement, had a two-month sentence for abusive language at a Trafalgar Square rally upheld today by a three-Justice divisional court.
The judges ruled that the sentence had been wrongfully quashed on appeal and ordered Jordan to serve the sentence. It was imposed on him for his participation in a violently anti Semitic rally in the Square last July 1.
Lord Chief Justice Parker ruled that the case was “perfectly clear.” The British fascist already is serving a nine-month term on another charge growing out of the activities of his movement.
