The chairman of the Association of British Settlers in Israel said today that his group expected immigration from the British Isles to double next year. Jacob Morris reported that about a third of the Britons who volunteered to serve Israel during the June, 1967 Six-Day War have returned here or have settled here permanently. He said 1,030 British immigrants arrived here last year and a total of 16,000 British Jews have settled in Israel since the State was established in 1948.
