The annual subsidy of £80,000 granted the Transjordan Government by Great Britain may be withdrawn, it was reported here yesterday following a conference between Emir Abdullah, the British Commissioner in Transjordan, and the British Commander of the Transjordan Military Forces.

Opponents of Emir Abdullah declared that he cannot withdraw from the lease of land to the Jews because an option has been definitely signed.
