TEMPLE CELEBRATES FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY
A speech and the customary Sabbath Eve services marked the fiftieth anniversary of the Sinai Temple, Stebbins avenue and 163d steet, Bronx. “What is most significant in connetion with our our fiftieth anniversary, which is the jubilee of the first synagogue in the Bronx devoted to modern Judaism, said Rabbi Herman W. Saville, is the fact that children of the founders are taking an active interest in our Temple life.”
