National conventions of the Canadian Mizrachi Organization and the Haprel Hamizrachi approved last night the merger of the two organizations. The action parallels the merger of the world bodies of the Mizrachi and Labor Mizrachi movements. The 400 delegates from various parts of Canada elected Samuel Drazin of Montreal president of the merged group and Rabbi M. Zambrowsky, chairman.
