A Canadian Government investigation of anti-Semitic activity instigated by foreign governments has reached the point where a large number of persons may soon leave for Europe because their names and connections are known, the Rev. C.E. Silcox, secretary of the Canadian Social Service Association, said here today. These persons he said, are in Northern Ontario, Toronto, Montreal and Saskatchewan.
