Israel’s exports to Britain during the first five months of this year totaled 12,470,000 pounds sterling ($34,916,000), a 25 percent increase over the same period last year. At the same time, Britain’s exports to Israel decreased from 10,318,000 pounds sterling ($28,890,000) in 1962 to 9,261,000 pounds sterling ($25,931,000) for the first five months of 1963.
