The chief rabbi of Odessa, Israel Schwartzblatt, arrived here yesterday to visit Chief Rabbi Moses Rosen of Rumania. Rabbi Schwartzblatt, originally from Lithuanian, is a Talmudic scholar who once taught in a Moscow yeshiva.
