Several Jewish youths were wounded here yesterday when communists attempted to break up a memorial meeting held in memory of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, assassinated Zionist leader.
The organizers of the meeting, who had got word of the intended raid, were prepared for the emergency and succeeded in preventing the communists from entering the hall.
The trouble-makers provoked a clash outside the hall and many youths were slightly injured in the fighting. The memorial services meanwhile passed off without interruption.
