Eugen Curti, the “Clarence Darrow of Switzerland,” arrived here today to defend David Frankfurter, Yugoslavian Jewish medical student, in his trial opening Wednesday on charges of murdering Wilhelm Gustloff, Nazi leader, last February.
Mr. Curti told newspapermen he was convinced that justice would triumph Frankfurter was reported slightly ill as a result of excitement.
