The first reversal of a court decision on mixed marriages made during the German occupation was announced here today. The couple, N. Metzger and his “Aryan” wife, asked the court to set aside a divorce, which they had requested under pressure of the Nazi occupation authorities. They pointed out that the separation was only a legal fiction. The court granted the petition.
