The leader of the German Democratic party, Helmut van Gerlach, is aroused over the fact that the “Palestine Weekly” has said recently that the “Welt am Montag,” Democratic organ, is an anti-Semitic paper, while quoting an anti-Semitic article that appeared in it.
Gerlach asks the German Zionists to explain to their Palestine friends that the “Welt am Montag” is not responsible for the anti-Semitic opinions expressed in the article. He is the editor and owner of the paper.
