Dr Einstein’s Will Made Public; Mentions Hebrew University

Dr. Albert Einstein’s will, made public here this week and by his executor, Dr. Otto Nathan left $20,000 each to h housekeeper secretary, Miss Helene Dukas, and his step-daughter. Miss Margot Einstein. His ### Eduard will receive $15,000 and his son Hans Albert will receive $10,000 His grandson Bernhard will receive his violin; his personal effects and his books are willed to Miss Dukas.

All Dr. Einstein’s “literary pr### and rights, including copyrights and royalties are to be held in trust for Miss Dukas and his daughter successively. After their deaths, the rights will pass to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Nathan indicated that if the estate is not large enough to meet the monetary grants, they will be reduced proportionately.
