Dr. Aaron Syngalowski, chairman of the executive committee of the World ORT Union, left New York after a two-and-a-half month visit to the United States. Dr. Syngalowski was in the U.S. as a member of the ORT delegation sent here to participate with the American ORT Federation in negotiation for an agreement with the Joint Distribution Committee for 1950 fund allocations. The agreement, signed last week, provides American ORT with the principal finances which support ORT vocational training installations throughout the world.
