Earl G. Harrison, American member of the Inter-governmental Committee on Refugees, who first proposed the admission into Palestine of 100,000 displaced European Jews, will receive the tenth annual gold medal humanitarian award of Pi Lembda Phi fraternity at a dinner at the Essex House tomorrow evening. The award will be presented by Dr. Joseph C. Hyman, executive vice-chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee.
