Energy Minister Yitzhak Modai has postponed his visit to Cairo by two days. It was scheduled to begin Tuesday but he will not arrive there until Thursday. Modai is due to hold talks with his Egyptian counterpart on Egyptian supply of oil to Israel. Representatives of the Egyptian Energy Ministry suggested the postponement on the ground of technical difficulties.
