The Criminal Court at Hamberg today rendered the verdict against Lieutenant Goetze and fifteen soldiers who attacked two Jewish families in Altenhausen. Lieutenant Goetze was sentenced to three years imprisonment; seven of his associates to terms of from two to nine months; the other seven were acquitted. However, the court impossed upon them the obligation of restoring the stolen property to the owners.
