According to new regulations issued by the Reich Ministry of Labor and published in the current issue of the Reichsgesetzblatt, “non-Aryan” physicians will no longer be admitted to medical practice in the sick fund although they may have seen action on the front during the World War.
The new ruling provides for special consideration which is to be given to those “Aryan” doctors who were fighters in the war, or who were active in the National Socialist revolution. “Non-Aryan” doctors and doctors who are married to “non-Aryan” husbands or wives will no longer be admitted, the ruling says.
