German police said they were cooperating with the FBI to find a laboratory in Frankfurt believed to be linked to an American man arrested last week for allegedly making germ warfare agents. The American is believed to own two labs that were getting supplies from a lab in Germany. William Leavitt was released after the FBI determined that the chemicals found in his possession were a harmless vaccine against anthrax.
