The Habimah Theatre, the oldest Jewish troupe, has received an invitation from the city of Paris to participate in the International Dramatic Arts Festival to be held in the French capital in July as part of the city’s anniversary celebration, it was announced here today.
The Habimah has been asked to perform five plays. It has already sent a list of 10 possible choices for the Paris festival management to use in reaching its decision. The performances will be given in the Sarah Bernhard Theatre.
