The Haifa Arabs who had been charged with the murder of Aaron Mizrachi and Reuben Ajami in Safed during the riots have been released for lack of sufficient evidence. Nine Sephardic Jews from the Ardal Yahud quarters who had been accused of firing at Arabs during the riots were also released for lack of sufficient evidence.
