Opposition to socialized medicine in Israel was expressed in a resolution adopted last night at the closing session of the convention of Kupat Holim, the medical and health insurance organization maintained by Israel’s Federation of Labor. The resolution urged the organization to remain independent, but also asks the government to grant an allotment toward the Kupat Holim budget.
