Vigorous attacks on anti-Semitism were delivered today by President Zoltan Tildy and Premier Lajos Dinnyes, addressing a meeting at Gyor, from where the Nazis three years ago began the expulsion of Jews from Hungary.
President Tildy said that anti-Semitism was contrary to the principles of humanity, and warned that it began with hatred of Jews and extended to all men. He appealed to all Hungarians not to forget “the laws of justice and humanity.”
