Ameen Al-Rihani, celebrated Arabic poet and author, who is an American citizen, is being invited by King Ghazi i of Iraq to settle in that kingdom, following upon the order for his deportation from Lebanon for disseminating anti-French political opinions.
He has also been invited to live in Jerusalem.
It is considered probable that he will accept the invitation of the King of Iraq, as he has been engaged upon writing a biography of the late King Feisal, the first of the dynasty.
