Abraham Ajami, an Iraqi Jew who spent five years in a Bagdad prison on charges of “Zionist activity,” arrived in Israel today.
Mr. Ajami, who was manager of the Paltransport office in Bagdad at the time of his arrest, was released from prison two years before his seven-year term was up, when he said he would surrender his Iraqi citizenship and immigrate to Israel.
