Jamal Husseini, acting chairman of the Palestine #### Higher Committee, was today refused permission to remain in Britain longer than necessary to change planes and proceed to Lake Success.

Husseini had originally not planned to stay in Britain, but when his plane ###ived he found Instructions from the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem to protest to the British Government against the sale of Palestinian airports and military camps, Although he ###ld not enter a formal protest, Husseini told newsmen that the property belonged to ## Arabs and “we will never let the Jews have them. We want the British Government postpone this plan,” he added

H.A. Goodman, political secretary of the Agudas Israel, this morning confer#### with Colonial Secretary Arthur Creech-Jones before departing by air for Lake ##cess. It is believed that they discussed the protection of Jerusalem after the mination of the Palestine Mandate.
