Israel arrested three armed Palestinian boys reportedly on their way to attack Israelis. The boys, aged 12, 13, and 15, from the West Bank town of Tubas, were stopped Feb. 26 at a checkpoint carrying homemade weapons and notes saying they planned to shoot people in the Israeli city of Afula, the New York Post reported.
