Israel expelled 12 Palestinians from the West Bank to Gaza. The 12 are suspected of being active in terrorist groups. Israel’s Supreme Court ruled Dec. 4 that the army could make the move, and the army expelled the 12 late that night. The men are among 18 people Israel had slated for expulsion; another five already had been expelled and one’s case is pending.
