Israeli and Palestinian leaders agreed to a cease-fire after a second day of talks in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt. At the end of the summit, President Clinton said the two sides would publicly call for an end to violence and take steps to end the clashes that erupted almost three weeks ago.
