Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is expected to present his new government to the Knesset later this week. The secular-rights Shinui Party signed a coalition agreement with the Likud early Monday, becoming the second party to do so. Together with Shinui, the National Religious Party and his own Likud Party, Sharon is guaranteed at least a 61-seat majority in the 120-member Knesset.
