Israeli troops killed two armed Palestinians who tried to cross from the Gaza Strip into Israel. The would-be infiltrators were spotted and shot Thursday as they approached the boundary fence, apparently en route to Kibbutz Nahal Oz. Islamic Jihad claimed one of the gunmen as its own. The other dead man was believed to be from the Al-Aksa Brigade.
